Syndicate 4141 is a Lloyd’s syndicate and therefore
benefits from the Lloyd’s ratings.
Lloyd's currently enjoys A ratings from Standard
and Poor's, A.M. Best and Fitch Ratings.
All Lloyd's syndicates benefit from Lloyd's
central resources, including the Lloyd's brand, its network of
global licenses and the Central Fund. The Central Fund is available
at the discretion of the Council of Lloyd's to meet any valid
claim that cannot be met by the resources of any member. As all
Lloyd's policies are ultimately backed by this common security,
a single market rating can be applied.

A key element of HCCUA’s approach is an emphasis on rehabilitation for bodily injury claims. HCCUA has joined with specialist rehabilitation companies to provide post accident treatment in cases where rehabilitation techniques are appropriate.
Rehabilitation services will be included at no extra premium charge and are designed to accelerate recovery from bodily injury. Prompt action will not only enable the individual to return to work more quickly, or to be retrained if required, but will also reduce the ultimate total cost of the claim.
